Hair & skin

Regenerative treatment, explained without the hype.

Exosome therapy is used to support hair density and skin renewal. Here is what it is, what a course involves, and who it is not for.

In one honest paragraph

What exosomes are

Exosomes are tiny vesicles that cells release to carry signalling molecules to other cells. In aesthetic medicine, exosome preparations are applied or injected into the scalp or skin with the aim of supporting the local repair signalling that follicles and skin cells already use. The field is active and the early clinical work is encouraging, but it is younger than the marketing around it. We treat it as a supportive option within a plan, not a replacement for established treatments.

Realistic timelines

  • Nothing visible in the first weeks. That is expected.
  • Changes typically build over months, across a course.
  • Progress is reviewed at set points, with photographs taken under consent.
  • If your review shows no meaningful change, we stop and say so.

The protocol

How a course runs

Physician consultation

Your hair or skin concern is examined and its cause identified. Some causes respond better to other treatments, and you will be told if yours does.

Written plan

Number of sessions, spacing, product used, total price, and the review point at which we judge progress.

Sessions

Delivered in clinic and spaced out over several weeks. How many sessions, and how far apart, is decided with your physician at the consultation.

Review

We compare against your baseline and decide together whether to continue, adjust or stop.

Suitability

Who it is for, and who it is not

Often considered for

  • Early thinning where follicles are still active
  • Support alongside an established hair treatment plan
  • Skin quality and texture, as part of a wider plan
  • Patients who want a physician-monitored course with review points

Not the right choice when

  • An untreated medical cause of hair loss has not been investigated yet
  • Areas are fully bald with no active follicles
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You need a guaranteed outcome, which no honest clinic can offer
