Treatment is subject to assessment

Every treatment described on this site is subject to a physician assessment of your suitability. We may decline to provide a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate. Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of outcome.

Prices

Prices are quoted at consultation and include VAT. Your exact plan and total are confirmed in writing before treatment, and the price confirmed at your consultation is the price you pay. Any consultation fee that is redeemable against same-day treatment is stated to you in that written confirmation.

Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

• Appointments can be booked by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Please give us notice period if you need to cancel or move an appointment.
• Late cancellation or no-show terms: clinic policy to confirm.
• Home visits and their call-out fees: policy to confirm.
• Deposits and refunds: policy to confirm.

Telemedicine

Video consultations are provided under DHA telehealth rules. Some conditions and some medications require an in-person visit, and the physician will tell you when that applies. Where a consultation is converted to an in-person or home visit, the telemedicine fee is credited toward it.

Insurance

Where a service is covered by your insurer, coverage is confirmed before treatment wherever possible. You remain responsible for any amount your insurer declines. Confirm direct-billing terms and the current insurer list.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to the clinic or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on the site remain the property of their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Confirm jurisdiction and dispute wording with legal adviser.
