What we collect

• Identity and contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, Emirates ID where required for treatment records.
• Health information created during your care: assessments, treatment plans, prescriptions, test results and clinical notes.
• Insurance details where you ask us to bill an insurer.
• Messages you send us, including WhatsApp conversations about bookings.
• Website usage data: confirm which analytics, if any, are in use.

Why we use it

• To provide, plan and follow up on your care.
• To keep the medical records that UAE health regulation requires us to keep.
• To arrange appointments, home visits and video consultations.
• To bill you or your insurer.
• To answer your questions and respond to complaints.
• Marketing communications only where you have opted in, and you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where care or law requires it: with clinicians involved in your treatment, with laboratories and referral providers, with your insurer where you have asked us to bill them, with the Dubai Health Authority and other regulators where reporting is mandatory, and with service providers who process data on our instructions under contract. List the named processors: booking system, laboratory, teleconsultation platform, payment provider.

How long we keep it

Medical records are retained for the period required by UAE health regulation, currently retention period to confirm with legal adviser. Non-medical enquiries are kept for period.

How we protect it

Access to patient records is restricted to authorised clinical and administrative staff, systems are password-protected and access-logged, and paper records are held securely at the clinic. Add the specific technical and organisational measures the clinic actually uses.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your data.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

WhatsApp and messaging

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive medical details or documents over messaging unless a member of our team has asked you to. Confirm the clinic's approved use of WhatsApp for patient data with the DPO or legal adviser.
