IV + NAD⁺ Drip Therapy

Cellular energy, recovery and clarity — infusions dosed against your bloodwork, not a fixed menu.

IV + NAD⁺ Drips at Johns Hopkins Polyclinic

What NAD⁺ therapy actually does

NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme every cell uses to convert nutrients into usable energy and to run DNA-repair pathways. Circulating levels fall with age. An intravenous infusion delivers it directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion, which is why the IV route is used clinically rather than oral supplements alone.

We do not treat NAD⁺ as a standalone wellness trend. It sits inside a longevity protocol alongside baseline bloodwork, and dosing is adjusted at re-assessment.

Who it suits

  • Persistent fatigue that sleep does not resolve
  • High-travel, high-workload professionals managing recovery
  • Athletes and post-training recovery support
  • Anyone starting a structured longevity programme and wanting a measured baseline

Our IV menu

  • NAD⁺ infusion — cellular energy and repair pathways
  • Immunity drip — high-dose vitamin C, zinc, B-complex
  • Recovery drip — hydration, electrolytes, amino acids
  • Glow drip — glutathione and antioxidant support for skin

How a session runs

Consultation and bloodwork first. Infusions run in a private treatment room; NAD⁺ is delivered slowly, typically 60–120 minutes, because infusion rate is what governs comfort. Vitamin drips usually run 30–45 minutes. You can work or read throughout, and there is no downtime afterwards.

Suitability is decided by a physician. Infusion therapy is not appropriate for every patient, and results vary between individuals.

Questions

Frequently asked

Straight answers. Anything specific to your case is settled at the consultation.

How long does a NAD⁺ drip take?

Typically 60 to 120 minutes. NAD⁺ is infused slowly because a faster rate can feel uncomfortable in the chest or abdomen; slowing the drip resolves it immediately.

How many sessions will I need?

That is set at consultation. Loading protocols often run several sessions close together, then move to maintenance. Your bloodwork at re-assessment drives the adjustment.

Is it safe?

Infusions are administered by licensed clinical staff under physician supervision, with screening beforehand. As with any IV therapy there are contraindications, which is exactly what the consultation is for.

Can I combine it with other programmes?

Yes — IV therapy is commonly sequenced alongside exosome or physiotherapy protocols. Your physician plans the order.

Your longevity protocol starts with one consultation.

No obligation. A physician reviews your goals before any treatment plan is built.
