What we collect

- Clinical information — medical history, assessment findings, images and treatment records, collected in clinic.

Patient photographs
Clinical photographs are taken as part of assessment. They are never published in marketing material without your separate, documented written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Messaging services
If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Please do not send sensitive medical details through messaging apps.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with your insurer where you ask us to claim, with regulators where legally required, and with service providers who host or maintain our systems under confidentiality obligations.
Retention
Medical records are retained for the period required by UAE health regulations. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain. Contact the clinic and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to load pages and, where enabled, basic analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page embeds a Google Map, both of which receive your IP address as part of serving that content.
